In this section, you will find all the answers to the most frequently asked questions about staying at our hotel in San Vito Lo Capo!

How far is the hotel from the beach?
Hotel Spiaggia D'Oro is located just 50 metres from the beach.
How far is it from the centre?
We are located 50 metres from the centre!
From what time is the room available on the day of arrival?
We guarantee the handover of your room by 3 p.m., but you can arrive at the hotel early in the morning and use the common areas and beach service. We will provide the rooms as soon as possible.
Is the hotel located in a restricted traffic area?
Our property is located within a restricted traffic zone.

On arrival, you can unload your luggage and park your car in a guarded car park for a fee (€10.00 per day) with a free shuttle service.
Is the Wi-Fi service free?
Yes, our hotel offers free Wi-Fi in your room and in public areas.
Are there any constraints on the day of arrival and departure? (e.g. Saturday/Saturday)
Absolutely not, you can arrive and depart on any day of the week without any constraints!
Is there parking available?
Hotel Spiaggia D'Oro has a car park with shuttle service.
Do the rooms include a balcony?
All but two of our economy rooms have a balcony.
If my room does not have a balcony, where can I hang my clothes and swimwear?
There is a communal terrace with drying racks available for all guests.
Is there a hairdryer in the room?
Yes, there is a hairdryer in all of the rooms.
What is the nearest airport?
Both Trapani (Vincenzo Florio) and Palermo (Falcone and Borsellino) airports are 60 km and 80 km away from San Vito Lo Capo.
Can you organise a transfer service?
We can help you arrange an exclusive transfer to and from Trapani or Palermo airports: just provide us with your flight details in good time and we will arrange everything.

Beach service

Does the hotel have a beach service?
Service at the private beach is available for a fee, with well-spaced umbrellas and sun loungers. Beach towels are available free of charge in the room.
Will you also provide a beach towel?
Yes, the use of the beach towel is free of charge. A change of towel costs €3.00.

Restaurant

How is the restaurant service organised?
Each day you can let us know if you prefer to have breakfast only or also enjoy dinner in our restaurant at our Hotel Sabbia D'Oro, a 7-minute walk away.
What does half board include at dinner?
One first course, main course, side dish, fruit or dessert per person. Beverages are not included.
May I order individual dishes instead of the entire half-board menu?
Of course, in this case only what you have ordered will be charged.
What are the opening hours of the restaurant?
The times are as follows: breakfast from 7.30 to 10.00 a.m., dinner from 7.30 to 8.45 p.m.
Are you prepared for special dietary needs?
Please inform us of any food intolerances or allergies you may have and our staff will strive to be as attentive as possible.
Are highchairs available in the restaurant?
Yes, our hotel offers free use of booster seats at mealtimes for the safety of children and peace of mind of parents.

Booking

How do I send the deposit and how do I pay for my stay?
The deposit can be sent by bank transfer indicating the name of the person making the booking. For the payment of the stay, we accept Visa, Maestro and MasterCard credit cards, debit cards, bank drafts and cash.
Are there extras to pay?
The only additional costs are beverages, tourist tax and change of beach towel.

Holipay

How does Holipay work?
You can choose to pay for your holiday in small and convenient payments with holipay! When booking, select the option to split the amount with holipay:

  • You pay €49.00 immediately and a number of payments of the same amount are automatically calculated ranging from a minimum of 2, with no maximum limit, based on the distance between the booking date and the check-out date.

  • Insert your credit, debit or prepaid card and you're done! The amount of €49.00 will be charged at the time of booking. Subsequent payments will instead be debited automatically on the 1st and 15th of each month. The last payment is the day before check-out, or the day of check-in, according to the preferences of the structure!

You will no longer have to worry about anything and, if you are unable to pay all the amounts, you can always do it upon arrival at the facility.
